Running and exercise is my way of working out my stress levels however recently I have had cold after cold(Miss 3 and Mr 4 at day care and school keep the flow of new bugs happening in our house!) and in the past 3 weeks I have put my back out twice! Not going out too soon and overdoing it is a lesson that I am relearning over and over it seems!!!
Which leads me to my question? To go or not to go?
My theory on this is: go, just go! It's something I am telling myself over and over as I walk fast(instead of running or gym class) is that 'a walk is better than no walk period full stop!' Moving our bodies is so important and it is a message that I want to make sure my children are aware of each and every day!
I'm debating whether my desire to go out running or exercising is pure habit(one I love) or is it instant gratification that I am seeking(you know that feeling that you get once you've finished!) lol
