Sort Your Snacks - Tully Fitness Crew Workshop

Join us on Sunday 21st May at the Tully High School - I will be working with Trace Your Fitness, and presenting an informative morning workshop from 9am - 12pm. 

The workshop will be based around how to sort your snacks out so you can fuel your body in a nourishing, delicious way!

Helping you identify what snacks you should be eating to complement your workout, and what is good for pre and post exercise snacks.
