Ingredients
  • ** Bottom Layer **
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 5 figs OR 5 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ** Middle Layer **
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Directions
  • Step 1 ** Bottom Layer **
  • Step 2 Place the oats and sunflower seeds in a food processor and blend until it is of a meal texture. Place into a bowl
  • Step 3 Blend the figs or raisins until smooth
  • Step 4 Add the meal back into the processor along with the cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract and milk. Blend until a dough forms
  • Step 5 Press in individual moulds or into a loaf tin lined with GP paper
  • Step 6 ** Middle Layer **
  • Step 7 Place the oats into a food processor and blend until it is of a meal texture. Place into bowl
  • Step 8 Blend the coconut oil, milk, maple syrup and banana until smooth, then add in the oat meal to combine
  • Step 9 Add in the cacao nibs and pulse through (careful not to over blend)
  • Step 10 Pour batter on top of the bottom layer from fridge and place in the freezer to set completely
